Tus empleados y colaboradores van a ser un pilar fundamental de tu negocio.
En la mayoría de las ocasiones van a ser tu imagen delante del público y serán los que vayan cerrando ventas para hacerte ganar dinero.
Por lo tanto es muy importante saber seleccionar los mejores colaboradores y luego saberlos gestionar.
Una mala gestión puede provocar el hundimiento de tu negocio en tiempos muy rápidos.
Así que ahora te voy a dar 4 consejos que siempre utilizo en mis negocios y con mis clientes para poder gestionar de la mejor manera posible tus colaboradores.

Para una buena gestión de tus empleados no es necesario que te transformes en un gran orador. Simplemente utiliza pocas palabras pero muy claras.
Nadie tiene que tener dudas en relación a su rol en el equipo. Cada uno necesita saber lo que tiene que hacer y posiblemente el porqué. Ya con esto es suficiente.
Después claramente queda la relación humana que pero no tiene nada que ver con la relación laboral.
Así que prepárate antes e intenta ser muy claro.

Mi idea en la empresa es muy baseada en el concepto deportivo de equipo. Cuando en un equipo deportivo algunos jugadores no están involucrados en el proyecto, suele haber problemas.
En los negocios es lo mismo. Los empleados que no se sientan involucrados en el proyecto, siempre se estarán quejando y nunca darán el 100% para el negocio.
Así que dedica un poco de tiempo para comunicarte con ellos y transmitir tu confianza en su trabajo y lo importante que son para ti.
Intenta hacerle entender que el éxito del negocio se va a transformar en su éxito y en la remuneración deja siempre una parte variable para estimularlos a dar siempre lo mejor.

He visto muchas veces en un negocio los dueños tener miedo de los empleados y viceversa.
Esta es seguramente la peor manera de gestionar una empresa: a través del miedo.
Será muy importante saber escuchar tus colaboradores y mostrar empatia con sus problemas y preocupaciones.
También es muy importante saberlos corregir de una forma firme pero educada y en la mayoría de los casos es mejor siempre hacerlo en privado y no delante de otros empleados o aún peor de clientes.
El rspeto mutuo tiene que ser la base de la relación.

En muchos negocios los dueños ejercen de factotum y quieren mantener el conrol total de cada actividad que se desarrolla a diario.
Marketing, ventas, selección de personal, logistica…
Como te dije ya muchas veces un buen empresario tiene que ser un buen gestor y saber de todo, pero nunca tener que estar metido en todo y cada uno de los procesos.
Así que será fundamental saber delegar y tener confianza en tus colaboradores.
Si consigues dar este paso, verás tus colaboradores más felices y tu negocio marchará mucho más rápido que antes.
Y si cometen errores no seas demasiado duro: sencillamente asegurate que entiendan el error y no vuelvan a hacerlo. Nadie es perfecto.

Muchos empresarios se olvidan de este pequeño detalle: pagar un salario digno a sus empleados.
Hay muchos empresarios multimillonarios que pagan sueldos ridículos a sus empleados para acumular millones, propriedades y cuanto más quieras…
Lo siento pero estoy totalmente en contra de esta prácticas capitalistas.
Un buen empresario paga muy bien todos sus empleados, porque son un valor añadido muy importante y un empleado bien pagado siempre tendrá un rendimiento mejor que uno mal pagado.
Además puedes siempre poner una parte importante de emolumentos en forma variable para que los buenos resultados de tu negocios se puedan reflejar en el salario de tus colaboradores.
Y por terminar también puede utilizar incentivos como la flexibilidad: hoy en día es un plus muy importante para muchas personas y puedes aprovechar para ayudarlos a tener más tiempo para sus familias.
